Pros
Decent consistent compensation initially regardless of performance. Good coaching and training into the position.
Cons
Leads are very old most of the time and people don't remember asking for information. Difficult to set leads for yourself. The office will set some appointments for you which helps, but there is still a good amount of calling on the leads yourself to book up the rest of your inspections that week. Also, I received many negative reviews from previous customers that we were told to call on. You rarely see the work being done on the homes that you book work for so you never get to see or guarantee the quality of work that these customers are paying for. The prices seem way too high for a lot of the work being done and the painting is often done by college students that aren't very experienced. It was difficult following up with the clients not knowing the exact schedules of everything as it is all contracted work. I did not enjoy working with the company because the quality of work did not seem to reflect the high prices they charge. Be prepared to work at least 50-60 hours a week as well and only receive about $700/wk
