Always changing, new students could not find our school online, overuse of technology that had not been vetted properly

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The success of National University is dependent on our faculty and staff, and we want to ensure an equitable and a positive uplifting work environment. We are disheartened to hear we missed the mark. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and will help us improve and be assured that we are continually working to improve the overall employee experience. If you'd like to share more about your experience during you time at NU, please reach out to our Vice President of Human Resources, Angie Walker, at awalker2@nu.edu
The University has taken tangible and meaningful steps toward fulfilling its mission in an increasingly thoughtful and responsible way. There is a genuine commitment among leaders to collaborate more effectively and work together in support of shared goals. The 403(b) match is an outstanding benefit, and the PTO/sick leave offerings are equally strong and greatly appreciated.
Cons
One ongoing challenge is the imbalance between the volume of work and the number of people available to support it. Teams are highly committed, but workloads can at times exceed current staffing capacity.
Remote, nice and helpful coworkers, usually nice prospective students. Very grateful for the experience.
Cons
Meeting quotas could get stressful, and the university seemed to add new expectations frequently. This was a sales job so there were also a lot of hang ups or rude people on the phone.
