      Pros

      Paycheck if you need something in between going to another job.

      Cons

      You will be cross trained in areas that make higher hourly pay and be utilized in said areas leaving your commission to others. Very little movement those in management stay. Turnover is high due to lack of higher pay for the work you do. Work life balance is a joke to them and your higher management.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
