      They treat you like family, good life work balance, room for advancement when you apply yourself.

      Cons

      Not able to share your PTO with other associates in need, when they don't have PTO to use for emergencies that arise.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
