A few good people in ops. good ops culture in certain areas of ops.
Cons
National sales manager is in over his head, a micro manager, not easy to work with and has no idea how to lead nationally. Stay away just on that point alone. The company overall has no idea what they want to do or what product they want to be known for. They lack consistency, making it very hard for a new AE to get traction. They are a revolving door as account executives don't really last that long there. Some do, most don't. They had a recent data breach that was quite massive and impacted a significant amount of borrowers and current and past employees. Just a poorly run company. Take this seriously. They will talk a good game but you can do better
