Pros
None. No discount. No benefits. Not really flexible. I guess some people stole food they made for lunch and stuff. It could be an easy to get survival job. They hire walk ins because everyone quits.
Cons
No discount. Rude unprofessional supervisors. No respect for workers. No health and safety training, but required to use dangerous machines. They dont fix broken equipment. There's no training program so no one is prepared to do a good job. They blame workers for everything. They pay everyone min wage, even the people who were there a long time. The company culture is terrible.
