In addition to the excitement that being a part of a growing company can bring, I really appreciate the way in which everyone respects one another and truly wants communal success. Management works very hard and is always open to suggestions about how to improve efficiency and internal operations.

Although I do enjoy working remotely, I sometimes miss the camaraderie that comes with working in an office everyday. I look forward to when we do get together for check-ins and group meetings.

As a contractor, NR allows me the flexibility to take on as much or as little work as I request. It is a small business, so team members collaborate closely together and there are many opportunities to learn and grow. The company culture is very laid back and hands off, while still providing support and guidance when needed. Base compensation for contractors is very generous. NR works with emerging industries, so it feels exciting to be at the forefront of something new.

The available workload is expanding so quickly it can be disorienting at times, but thankfully senior management is responsive and tries their best to make challenging concepts clear.
