meaningful work. I was in management and always felt supported. Able to grow as they heavily promote from within. I learned a lot and gained invaluable experience from this role.
Upper Management doesn't care about you - they just want to promote their friends.
Terrible ageism - if you're an older employee - look elsewhere.
Virtually no onboard training - you're left to fend for yourself from day one.
TERRIBLE WEED! Their products are very sub-par and overpriced - the only decent products they have are third party.
Awful work/life balance - unless your a GM, then you pick your sweet schedule and screw the specialists.
