Pros
There are some really good people working here.
Cons
Work/life Balance, Compensation, Benefits, Vacation, etc. In a nut-shell working at this place will exhaust you. They expect you to put in overtime and will frown upon if you leave when your scheduled hours say you are suppose to or if you come in a few minutes late due to traffic. They pay below market value on all positions and you will practically have to beg for a pay increase if/when they do a performance review on you. They try to pull you in with 100% employer paid benefits that offer awful coverage, high deductibles, etc. You will not receive any vacation time until after you have worked 1 full year and chances are it will be less than a week of vacation. Management will micro-manage you to a T and will very rarely offer any appreciation or support. There is also very high turnover.
