Pros
Some good people, and fun selling to Salesforce customers. promises of strong company values and branding, but unfortunately the facade isnt delivered at the back end.
Cons
Products continually late on delivery, mobile app over a year late and then had to wait another 6 months to support android whilst customers compained. Lots of turmoil, people leaving and unhappy with the new approaches. many more looking to leave fearful for their roles and looking over shoulder all the time gets tiresome. All focus seems to be on USA at any cost to the uk team. Outside so called sales trainer used is verging on HR case itself. Bullying, foul language and victimisation of sales people is supported by this non employee who all pander to avoid a public battering.
