CEO micromanaged a lot.No career progression.Never heard good words from Senior management only criticism.CEO wants you to stay up late and come early as if you don’t have personal life.You need to literally beg for your Annual leaves and Sick leaves are treated as some sort of crime you committed which you need to compensate next day.
