Pros
There is nothing as such which can be considered as Pros, so I am leaving this space but please do read about the Cons.
Cons
Frontend team of naukri, is managed by highly inefficient & unprofessional management. Management don't know how to handle the situations & when things go even a little bit out of hands, they cowardly start blaming their own team member & hide themselves. Partiality can be seen openly with 3-4 people & rest of the team is ignored. Even if some team member has done some good work then arrangements are made such that the credit is given to these 3-4 people only. Higher management of frontend is infamous on the floor for lousy acts too.
