Pros
Naults is a very nice place to work overall. most of the employees are nice and easy to deal with. Your day-to-day operations are like most other dealerships.
Cons
Management is easy to deal with but as the title says the squeaky wheel gets the oil. A hard-working employee who does their job well or even above and beyond does not get the recognition they deserve unless they have been there for 10+ Years. But some employees come and go as they please & when they threaten to walk out or quit they git almost whatever they want
