      - Fantastic international team - Great support provided - Start-up vibe! - Competitive Salary - Low hierarchy chain - Attending in-person conferences and events for networking

      Cons

      - Work from home (for now), some people don't like this but I do - Niche industry and product means you need to be prepared to learn - Must be target driven and self motivated

      Pros

      Awesome company to work for. The product and people are incredible. As a salesperson I don’t have to lie or embellish. The product and software are so good I literally just call people and tell them all about it. It sells itself and I like that even the hardware that they stopped manufacturing years ago still gets updates and releases so it keeps a good relationship with customers. Definitely the best sales job out there as a BDS.

      Cons

      None. Maybe if you didn’t like travel long term because there is more as you progress but I like it so not a con for me.
