-Rotational work assignments, both inside and well outside DC, for valuable work experience -Flexibility to forge your own career path -Close to Navy Yard Metro Station
Cons
-Communication can be be an issue between employees and management; be sure to make yourself understood or you won't be. -Some managers will try stonewall attempts to try different rotational opportunities, etc. Don't allow yourself to be forced or bullied into something you don't want.
