      The mission is good. They noticed my potential and tried to give me opportunities to succeed.

      There is a fundamental leadership problem in this place. Very frustrating to work. You try to change things but nothing happens.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
