Pros

-Great coworkers: some of the best people that I've worked with - Catered Lunches: not anymore since COVID hit - Great Perks: Travel stipend but they took that perk away after covid - Good compensation - Dog friendly office

Cons

Our old CRO, Rich that they demoted was GREAT. He takes the time to learn everyone's name even in the NY office, which he doesn't have to. He truly cares about the development of the employees and had empathy until the new CRO Carlos took over. He does not care about how the employees are doing - raising overly high expectations even during covid times and firing a bunch of people. Management plays favorites and thats why people that doesn't even do well get promoted and others left behind. Sales managers are so micromanaging in terms of saying you must hit X amount of calls everyday or else but also they don't guide their employees at all. Once a great company going down the hill not entirely even because of covid.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
