toxic environment - Account Manager Navegate Employee Review

There is a massive lack of open or transparent communication with employees and leadership. Only a few select people are chosen to receive information from the manager. There is a lot of political drama and an uneasy culture among leadership. It feels like there is a major sense of mistrust and micro management without having the opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with your own manager. There is a constant feeling of gossip and employees are fired on the regular without any notice. Navegate used to be a fun and exciting place to work but we don't ever receive any communication about how our company is doing and what our plans for the future are. It does not seem like employees are valued and the culture has taken a huge turn for the worse over the last year. There is also a feeling of not being about to grow individual within the company and there are not many employees who have been promoted.
