      Pros

      You can do whatever you want so long as you can justify it. Working hours are on a generous flexi. Almost no bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Technical management doesn't seem to have much direction, understanding or insight. Company has a strong groupthink and political culture, which drives company decisions.

      You could come and go as you pleased, as the senior management never really turned up.

      Cons

      No technical direction. The COO was lacking core engineering skills. The senior management seemed to the use the company for their own financial gains
