Pros
paid on time, got chances to leave early each week (although unpaid) would have liked to have moved to another job in company but got sick, good supervisors overall, best part was talking to callers and helping them. good company but depends on contract you're on this one for ACP was not good and you get laid off when contract is over
Cons
insurance offered too high to afford, many tech issues on remote deskwork, lots of turnover and new people always hogged the help, no real contact with others due to remote status, no time to check email unless off clock, short lunch 35 min, and had to watch time like a hawk was very stressful. Learned I can't do call centers.
