Pros
Employees are paid well/decent. Small company, you'll learn everyone's names and job titles in a week tops. M-F job for most, some Saturdays or on-call days depending on job title.
Cons
The management team is close-knit, if you're not in, you're not in. Father/Son President and Vice-President, and it goes downhill from there. The Good Ole Boy culture. The management/leadership team also follows each other, even in the most unethical situations. The leadership team is disrespectful to employees who are "under" them. Grown-up bullies work at Navigate Energy Services, they disrespect people by talking down to them, they call their technicians "field hands". That's an indication of either ignorance or outright disrespect. Or both. They use vulgar language openly in general discussion or towards other human beings. Employees who are not like the bullies are afraid to speak up. The open-door policy is welcomed and despised. Applicants, tread carefully.
