- Ineffective leadership - poor management; managers and AVPs who should not hold their positions - Cruel and Abusive management - Internal Audit managers were extremely negative, disrespectful, and emotionally abusive and failed to provide constructive feedback; management is heartless and evil - be careful about getting sick; if you struggle with physical or mental health issues, this is not the place for you - Unequitable treatment of employees - African American employees are held to a higher standard than their white and Asian counterparts - Lack genuine training or coaching - no real training or coaching opportunities - Antiquated environment - the department utilizes outdated audit software that only 2% of the industry uses; department audit procedures are impractical, old-fashioned, and superfluous - Terrible Team Environment - the professed teamwork environment is a façade; coworkers are unwilling to help you and seek to undermine you; very cliquey environment - new employees are not received well - Substandard medical benefits - I had to fight with the insurance company to approve all of my required (quality of life) medications; they refused to pay for my lab work during my doctor's visit - they required me to go to their preferred lab - which required a second visit to get essential bloodwork - Lack of Loyalty - they overlook employees in the department for promotions and hire externally
