Pros
Solid benefits, annual bonus, 7% 401k match, pension plan, hybrid work schedule. Generally rewarded for hard work and dedication (to a certain point).
Cons
You do have to commit to the traditional "corporate grind" to do well and move up, as you would expect with large companies like this. It's not for everyone, and unfortunately management/departmental changes are out of your control but can make or break your experience here. Certain positions are extremely stressful/not worth the pay, while others do not have to do as much - yet have similar or higher salaries. A lot of people truly do enjoy working here; however, it is also easy to get burned out in this type of environment. Really just depends on your particular job, teammates, leadership, etc.
