      management thinks they are god, be careful what you say around co workers and management, company isn't to culturally diverse. turn over rate at this company is very high and is always hiring.

      Pros

      -great exposure to a lot of variety for younger techs to get into HVAC

      Cons

      -Management (many issues) -chaotic dispatching office -Favouritism amongst manager/tech relationships -hours not distributed fairly -zero training on complex systems you’re expected to be an expert in -recently acquired by PE, will only lead to more cuts on training and a shell of what the company once was.
