      - Nice and helpful colleague(Family like company) - I would continue to work for the company if money is not my concern.

      Cons

      - Can't expect much on the process and procedure as they are a start up. - Sales & Pre-Sales need to work together closely in Tender Bidding especially on costing.

      Pros

      Most of the staff comes from gen-y. They got a very good working environment and culture. The colleage is very helpful and have a good team spirit.

      Cons

      Some of co-worker like to spread grapevine among them
