Pros

All the opportunity you could want exists at Nearterm for a recruiter to succeed. I have been an employee here for many years and can attest that this is a great place for anew recruiter to learn the trade in a proven and successful manner and for the vetran recruiter to succeed. There is no limit on how far you can go. i have read some of the negetive comments from former employees and their complaints, and know most of them. If they failed, it was NOT the company's fault. Many just expect that they will not have to actually apply themselves to the job of recruiting. They would not succeed anywhere with that kind of work ethic. Here, you are the captain of your own ship and that is what makes this a great place to work.

Cons

for me, i have a long commute. I have been driving this long drive for 8 years now. it would be nice to have a shorter commute, but the fact that i am still here certainly is indicitive of the fact that it is a great place to work.

Pros

I’ve been with Nearterm for 3 years, and I’ve experienced growth and gained valuable insights, especially from our training and development sessions.  The leaders are not only highly professional but also approachable, understanding, and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of the team. Their support and guidance create an environment where ideas are valued, collaboration thrives, and challenges are seen as opportunities for growth.

Cons

I haven’t noticed any drawbacks in the company at the moment.

Pros

The actual temp agency (Nearterm) was not that bad, however they did not pay for all hours spent traveling out of state for required training.

Cons

Incredibly unorganized, and expectations for work were inconsistent and not clearly communicated at time of hire.
