      Pet Friendly Set your own Schedule within reason. Middle Management and office personnel are good people. Company Vehicle (for use during business hours) Decent Health Care Kathy Neave

      Work with outdated computers and programs. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING from Management. Verbal Promises that they do not follow through on. Beg and plead for pay raises. No annual employer reviews for pay raises. "We don't do training here, we are not a Fortune 500 company and will not supply it." Direct quote from Owner. If you do not have the right equipment, it will be up to you to purchase it and hopefully get reimbursed. 401K is minimal at best. "We are here to get what we can get, we don't owe our employees anything." Quote by co-owner

      Cons

      Extremely bad culture. Construction department is atrocious. Construction admin s horrible and only has a job because ownership made advances on them. Construction manager does not know how to mange employees and favors his friend that works there with him. No advancement. Sales managers all want to be production managers as well. Stay away. .
