Pros

The pay was good. The commute was not bad for me. The people in my department were very good, and I was able to treat them with respect and received respect back from them, as a member of management.

Cons

The owner treated everyone like slaves. He insisted that all lower, middle, and top management be accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week, with no recognition or compensation.

Pros

Company does offer good benefits like Medical, Dental and 401k, but that is it.

Cons

Some members of upper management clueless and the President is a very two face. It's a very comfortable work environment. I understand why internally their is such a huge turnover. Many quit and other get fired over the dumbest thing that they have no control over. The president doesnt trust anyone. He looks for anything to dismiss his employee even through theyre doing their job. Been working here for sometime, but it's time to go. Please Run!!!! The President has Unrealistic expectations. Management Expects results without any resources to help you achieve your goal. I promise you this, it's not worth coming here. Unless you are honestly out of work and trying to get an income for a short, just know you should look for a new gig soon, because this is not the environment to be in. You also have to wait a year before you can even get 5 days of vacation. There's a lot of bait and switch sometimes for new coming employees that don't know any better. Please approach with absolute caution. If you are looking to work here on the corporate/internal level, Please Don't!!!!! Extremely High Turnover!!! You will probably here stories of people lasting a few weeks or months b/c the president doesnt like you. I've seen too many good people leave. Too many unwritten rules to know to work here they you will eventually get called out for apparently not knowing. You will regret leaving your current employer for this place. Find another place, just not at Nebraskaland. This is a Friendly Warning. It's only getting worse.
