Pros

Sometimes we get free lunch Good incentives to boost morale (outings, raffles, etc) Coworkers are great, there's definitely camaraderie Hours are fairly decent

Cons

Insane amount of pressure from management to sell, despite the fact that you don't actually make commission until a year into employment The practice in and of itself is sketchy and management is upset that you can't convince people to give you their credit card information after you've given them a price without ever seeing their home Phone calls are endless during the busy season and they will absolutely work you through your break They give you a script that you kinda have to stick to.. its hard to add personality to it and if you do and it fails once, you're in the hot seat

Pros

I've got nothing good to say about Ned's Home! My experience here was awful, from start to finish! If you're considering applying for a position here, don't! You'll end up regretting your decision as I did...

Cons

Working for Ned's Home was such a terrible experience because my job was so stressful and unrewarding! I had to keep up with brutal workloads, unrealistic expectations, and tight deadlines during my time here. I wasn't even given any support from management, which made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The compensation wasn't any better; the salary I was paid was insultingly low and didn't match how heavy my workload was, and I didn't receive any benefits whatsoever! Employees are already exhausted and miserable enough from having to work under so much pressure for such terrible pay, but we also have to put up with the management's unprofessional behavior as well! They showed employees zero respect, spoke in a brash manner, and yelled at people whenever things didn't go their way. Unless that sounds like a great experience to you, you should avoid this company at all costs!
