      -No need for previous experience. -Good amount of holidays.

      Cons

      -Holidays cannot always be chosen, you have to adapt to the needs of the job. -High level of responsibility and the salary does not reflect it. -Bonus depends on the status of the market and performance from the company. (limitations in the company due to lack of investment) -Job conditions are to different between colleagues
