There are some really talented employees working there that can make the environment fun and inspiring.

Cons
The working environment at this company suddenly went downhill. The turnover is extremely high! I’ve never seen so many people leave a company in one year.
Tensions started to rise in the offices, creating really hostile environments.
Direction from management is typically unclear and projects are always micromanaged. Although there are extremely talented individuals within the company, there is zero trust or support from management.
HR definitely has little to no experience. I’ve seen the company lose such great talents because issues were never addressed or resolved.
There are too many vague job titles with wide job descriptions. While I understand that everyone must wear many hats, the expectations and job responsibilities constantly change and grow to a point that is unmanageable.
Very little opportunity for internal growth. While the company offers a great opportunity to learn, there is barely any opportunity to grow within. I don’t think I ever saw a single promotion during my time there.
