You will befriend some of the nicest, caring, reliable people working here, because you're all stuck in the same Hell that upper management has made for you. Great place for short term. Use it as a stepping stone to gain experience and move on.
Cons
Management does not care about you or how well you are doing. Its all about numbers, you are a number. Your level of education depicts your salary, not your performance or experience. Pay will always be below the medium and they will always dangle a raise in your face to keep you motivated. Dirty, Dusty, Greasy place to work, especially when an oil tank gets flipped over in mid-air.
