Internal politics is too much, no holidays even on government declared holidays sometimes.

Salary is quite good but not fixed; it just depends upon how well you can negotiate

Not much but its just more than six hours of job you need to call parents and all of that stuff they didn't provide any sort of appointment letter or anything or any salary slip.
