No real cons to report. If you work at Nefeli Networks expect to put in the hard work to keep up with everyone else.

Small, early stage startup. Lots of great benefits and perks. You get to work and create with lots of smart people. Leadership does not micro-manage - they hire strong, talented engineers and then let them do what they do best; build a great product!
