Pros
- relatively friendly colleagues - many food options nearby - young culture (can get really noisy at times when people talk loudly in the office in their seats) - occasional staff sales
Cons
- far walk from the nearest MRT (about 10 mins or more) - long working hours (9 hours per day) and they expect you to OT when you already worked 9 hours for them even if its a down period - the boss is very stingy on small costs such as printing a few papers - underpaid but high workload - HR sells the company really well so beware not to get duped into this company - turnover is rather high - poor benefits - anything you can expect from an SME
