The staff and pay is great with average amount of workload

The concept of that we are all family was awesome . The doctors and staff were to be all equal they were supposed to roll up their sleeves and participate with the patient care . The environment was supportive and even encouraged personal growth .

The founders growth plan is to aggressive thus giving investors (doctors) full reign over the staff. There is no buffer for doctors and their behavior over staff. They order tests then run to their break room, when it's busy and results are ready you don't have time to chase them down (are they with a patient? in the back?) You put it on their desk and they bark at you for not calling them. It is just a nurse , radiology tech, and lab tech (some locations have laid off lab tech).
