Pros

Everything was going well until November 2024, when the new MD joined NP Digital India. Few Pros- Since then, the workplace environment has deteriorated significantly morale dropped, smiles faded, and many employees began experiencing both physical and mental health challenges.

Cons

The management has been dismissing employees abruptly and without proper explanation. She appears to lack a fundamental understanding of business operations. Her approach seems driven by a feminist agenda, dominating male employees and displaying disrespect towards others, often acting as if she is infallible. However, she lacks basic knowledge and awareness of employee psychology. Additionally, the MD's appointee as Head of Digital Operations is equally unqualified, unable to communicate effectively or make decisions. In comparison, the junior team is far more capable than both of them. The global US and India teams have terminated many employees without providing their due pay, and now they are pleading with resigned staff to stay. Overall, job security is nonexistent, and employee dignity, especially for men, is being severely undermined. No culture in NPDi. People are working as a dead. Wake up guys!

Pros

I’ve been with NP for almost four years. I took another opportunity in this time and spent a few months ant another agency in between, and ultimately chose to come back. That decision really came down to the people, flexible work/life balance, collaborative environment, and the quality of work we deliver for clients. The team here genuinely supports one another, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. It’s not just talk, you actually feel it in how everyone shows up for each other and respect each other’s individual skill sets to provide the best possible experience for clients. Working for the Neil Patel brand really comes with a big focus on producing thoughtful, high-quality results, which makes the busy schedule feel more rewarding.

Cons

Like any agency, it’s not perfect. Things move quickly, and there are the usual challenges that come with client work and balancing priorities, as well as process changes.
