Pros

The only good thing about this place is it's people NOT the management but the rest.

Cons

This company will make you feel stupid, there is no support here and as soon as they get new staff they will plan to get rid of you without offering any help and this is why there is always a high staff turnover. The staff working there are depressed and unhappy, when you say something about the place you are hit with " well is there anyone else out there that pay this much" ermmm yes there is with less hours and less micromanagement. Absolutely hated working here made me depressed the worse place I have ever worked at.

Pros

One of the better sales environments that I have seen. Healthy competition between agents but still a sense of commonality and cheering on your coworkers. They have an R&R room to step away and take a break and the actual break room is far enough removed from the floor that you can really take time to eat and relax and not get sucked back in to work. The company is pretty diverse and the management team makes themselves available when needed. Expectations have increased on showing up on time and being professional but it still does not feel micromanaged but rather creates coaching environment. This isn't a sales job where you are pressured to crank out unrealistic daily numbers and get yelled at or worry about job security because of it. In fact turnover is refreshingly low. Pay is competitive and they make growth paths very clear.

Cons

With all the new growth things have become cramped but that will be fixed next month when we move to a brand new office. As with all start ups, sometimes technology and processes take awhile to catch up with the company but overall Neilson does a great job recognizing the issues and working to correct them.
