Pros

Great Benefits and decent Pay

Cons

Management is brutal. Used to be a nice place to work I would have recommended anyone to go there until new upper management were hired and ppl were promoted who should not have been promoted. The atmosphere is tense and hostile, especially in the customer service department. They are watched over like a child. High turnover rate, uncomfortable atmosphere, no understanding of families, not any level of understanding others. They rule with an iron fist! You are watched like a hawk and people are unjustly fired due to others lack of confidence. If they feel threatened, particular people in supervisory and management positions lie to others and you are unjustly fired as a consequence. I have seen and know of four people including myself unjustly fired. They "the newbies" talk down to other employees and treat them poorly. I loved my job until new ppl were promoted and hired and the work environment went down hill. You also find it hard to move up the ladder here. Also employees could use more sick and vacation time. Maybe 1 week 1st yr and 3 sick and 2-4 yrs 2 week vacation and 5 days sick 4-10 3 weeks vacation and 5 days sick

Pros

Hard work, but rewarding. You have the support you need when you need it. There is always room for advancement and opportunities to learn. If you prove to them you are worth it there are lots of benefits to discuss with management, such as hybrid days, flexible scheduling, etc.

Cons

They expect you to change everything that was set in stone at the drop of a hat. Technicians will blame you for these last minute changes as if they're your fault, and you will be blamed for anything administratively incorrect. Managers often have NO idea what is going on, and you are forced to pull the strings for them.
