Successful, established company. Has had record sales the last 5 years. Each year doing better that the previous.
Cons
Do not consider their account manager/inside sales staff, to be the bloodline to their success. As they have shown that with extensive commission cuts the last 2 years. They have the most experienced, knowledgeable staff in this industry and refuse to admit it, even though record sales. Family owned and controlled. They do not accept any input from employees. It's their way or the hi-way.
