There is a strong leadership and support. Neo consistently shows great leadership, offering clear direction while also listening to the team’s input and concerns. There is also great communication and a positive work environment that team members feel valued and encouraged to grow. The environment is approachable and empathetic which creates trust and confidence within the team. Neo also encourages professional growth which actively supports learning and development, helping team members upskill and take on new challenges.
