I work at Neogen Europe in Ayr, Scotland and I am very happy here. Management are supportive and take a genuine interest in the well-being of all staff. Even in the current climate of economic uncertainty the company continues to grow and I am safe in the knowledge that I have a secure job with a stable company. The pay is competitive and we are fortunate to work relatively normal business hours Monday to Friday which is becoming uncommon in this industry. The company offers good benefits and the annual leave increases each year which recognises loyal staff. The culture is great and i am lucky to work with some really talented and friendly people.
