Pros
-they're good at taking a chance on people with no experience from uni and training them up -very rarely do you ever take work home -pending what team you work with - people tend to be friendly and good to work with
Cons
-salary is fair only for its location, not for its field or skill-level sought -there is little to no progression -can be very corporate, especially now - the culture used to have a bit of personality and fun to it.
