Very stingy organization - Anonymous employee Neolotex Business Solutions Employee Review

The company is Owned by Malayali's and they are completely biased for non Malayali employees. They are stingy while giving the job offers and come up with excuses as there is no fund in the company account during appraisal every year. Reviews are done to humiliate their employees and they don't provide adequate support in anything for the teams to reach the target. They are so much into cost cutting that they hire one candidate and make them handle 3-4 Lines of business. Overall pathetic company to work with
