Good colleagues. Money ok, just always always be prepared to leave quickly if necessary as like with any company you’re only a number
Cons
Only one experienced Leadership member who should be the acting CEO, the rest are inexperienced in people & project management for the positions they hold. CEO not present and disconnects/isolates himself from employees in office considering we are still in start up / build phase and small 250 employees this is disheartening to see. Employees owed money I.e. extended working hours Not meeting serious working regulations & legal Lender criteria Working hours, passports taken and much more Delay on leadership not doing enough or quick enough to resolve issues taken months to resolve serious lender criteria not being met. New Chief of Staff & HR brought in but divides between old & new leadership as new are treated differently.
