Neon One masquerades as a company that cares, when in reality, they do as much as possible to squeeze every last dime out of the non-profits they "serve." Everyone on the team is overworked and underpaid (the classic tech tale), and desperate for additional resources. The leadership team claims that the company is a "family", but when team members are in crisis, the monetary impact is the primary concern rather than the employee's well being. Leadership does not trust the expertise of the core workers and will interfere to the point of extreme detriment, yet when they are needed the most they are completely unreachable. This company is not diverse. Neon One is primarily comprised of upper middle class white people who are unbelievably out of touch with their non-profit clients. If you do not make this job your entire life or identity, then most of your coworkers will look down their nose at you.
