Pros

They have a knack for hiring great people in support roles.

Cons

Concisely: significantly lower pay (talking at least $15k under industry standard), mediocre product sold on “workarounds”, lack of employee support, little to no diversity, overworked, understaffed. Unable to receive criticism and take ownership of their failings (“we’re sorry you feel that way. Here are three other people who vehemently disagree with your grievances, here’s a coloring book”). Losing great talent left and right because there’s no career pathing, a ton of favoritism (*Stack Sports transplants*), and a refusal to promote from within, particularly if you’re black or POC. HR: this is not an invitation for you to cite the company’s diversity efforts. The all-white leadership says it all. Recruiting black and POC workers into burnout-prone entry level positions is definitely not it. The flurry of job openings is not an indication of growth, it’s mostly backfill for people who finally had enough and left. Look up Stack Sports reviews on here and you’ll get an idea of where this company is headed. Stack Sports is backed by the same family of VCs/investors that support Neon (Jerry Jones, star innovation partners, providence capital).
