Pros

The pay is decent. My position was fully remote.

Cons

Most of the management is horrible. (In fairness during just shy of 10 years there, I did have one great manager). They micromanage and treat you like you are worthless. The upper management lies straight in your face. They have been laying off MAD amounts of people, with no regard to work ethics ......full teams just eliminated. (It's been a monthly occurrence for quite some time now). When you are laid off, they have no clue what is happening. They say one thing but then it doesn't happen. THey have no clue what they are doing. I personally had to hound them to retrieve their equipment and when IT FINALLY talked to me about it they asked me what equipment of theirs I had. This was not an isolated situation, my coworker had an email asking her to return equipment that she never had. People that do the work are just given more tasks while others loaf around and do nothing all day and are never brought to task and given promotions.

We appreciate you sharing this, especially given your nearly ten years with the organization. That kind of tenure reflects real commitment, and we understand how frustrating it is when the experience stops matching what you've invested. Much of what you've described reflects a period of significant transition that we know was difficult for many long-tenured employees. Since then, we have made meaningful progress: we have enhanced our processes including how offboarding is handled, made continued investments in compensation and career development, and expanded career advancement opportunities across the organization. We are focused on making sure the Neovance people experience going forward reflects the kind of workplace that earns the loyalty you showed for nearly a decade.

Thank you for your review. Strong people and culture are what make Neovance what it is, and hearing that come through in your experience is meaningful. As a growing organization, a dynamic environment often comes with the territory and providing the structure and support that help teams succeed remains a focus as we scale.

Pros

Neovance is the kind of place where you can put your experience to work and actually see the impact. No two days look the same, which keeps the work engaging. Management is accessible, aligned on goals, and genuinely open to ideas. The culture they're building is strong. There's a "we're all in it together" mentality and people are truly recognized for their contributions in a sincere way. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and it's clear the company values taking care of its people. Most importantly, the work is meaningful. There’s a direct connection to improving patient access, and that sense of purpose makes a difference day to day.

Cons

As a recently independent company following a major divestiture, there’s still infrastructure being built, which can create some ambiguity at times. If you prefer a fully defined environment, that may feel challenging at times. That said, for someone who enjoys building, improving processes, and shaping how things work, it’s a great opportunity!

We appreciate you sharing your experience with Neovance. Meaningful work, accessible leadership, and a strong sense of shared purpose are what we want Neovancers to experience every day. Unity is one of our NeoValues, and a team-first mentality where people are recognized for their contributions is central to how we operate. As an independent organization, there is real opportunity for people who enjoy shaping how things work, and we are actively building out career pathways and development frameworks alongside that. Investing in people and tools while setting clear expectations aligns with where we remain focused. Thank you for being part of what we are building.
