Everyone is friendly! My first week I met the co-founders! I was trained thoroughly and was trusted to work independently quickly and as I felt comfortable. My team is great about sending appreciation and helping each other. Constructive feedback is actually constructive and helpful. The work culture is positive and a huge priority of the entire staff. You are encouraged to present your ideas and many are put into motion.
