Pros
Wonderful, caring, committed and hardworking teams make Neptune a great place to work. As a long serving employee I’ve seen many changes and Neptune is constantly evolving and growing, yes you work hard but recognition is given and your input valued. Benefits and culture is a big focus and it feels a positive environment to be in.
Cons
It’s very fast paced and you need to be a bit of an organisational Ninja to keep up sometimes, but makes for an exciting environment, maybe not suitable for those adverse to change.
